Where is The Space Located?

The Space is located in Downtown DuPont. Just off of I5. We are located under Trax Apartment, where 27 West was formally located. Our address is 1430 Wilmington Dr., Unit 160, DuPont, WA 98327.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of FREE street parking on Wilmington Blvd, just outside of the space.

What hours can I host an event and how do I book an event?

Events are either from 8am-1pm or 2pm-7pm. You are also able to book the whole day from 8am - 7pm. If you are ready to book please fill out a request form . Please tell us more about your event by filling out the form below. Please include the following:

• Date and Time Requested (8am-1pm, 2pm-7pm, or all day)

• How many guests

• Type of event

How Do I book the photography studio?

Booking the photography studio is done by clicking the Book Now button on the top right hand of the website. It is self service an easy to use! If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email.

Can I bring my own tables and chairs?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs. However, Our tables and chairs must stay on property. Here is a look at the variety of tables we have available to be used with every rental.
